Westbrook Manufacturing is a domestic manufacturer of carbon, alloy, stainless steel and exotic material pipe fittings. In addition, we produce alloy, stainless steel and exotic material flanges domestically and stock a line of import flanges, as well.

Westbrook is an old line firm, owner-managed, with well over 25 years of experience in the industry. We are a major supplier for distributors and we sell only through distributors, since we feel that this is the most effective method of ensuring partnerships. We produce products to virtually every established configuration, all customer requirements and in every available material.

Our manufacturing facilities are located in Houston and Seguin, Texas, with well over 250,000 square feet under roof. Westbrook products are produced under an ISO 9002 certification and maintains an active quality department. In addition, our products are certified to Canadian Registration requirements.

Steel Flange Production Capacity Available

Because we have uncovered production capacities at the moment, we are interested to enlarge our market and we want to remind you we are at your disposal if you need forged, threaded, flat, or even stainless steel flanges.

1. Forged and processed flanges, in accordance with DIN standard, considering the next prices in DM / ton, in EXWORKS conditions:

• flanges DIN 2631, material ST 37.2, DN 25-200, price = 1500 DM / ton;
• flanges DIN 2632, material ST 37.2, DN 20-200, price = 1470 DM / ton;
• flanges DIN 2633, material ST 37.2, DN 20-200, price = 1470 DM / ton;
• flanges DIN 2635, material C 22.3, DN 15-150, price = 1600 DM / ton;
• flanges DIN 2566, material ST 37.2, DN 15-100, price = 2000 DM / ton;

3. Stainless steel flanges, in LOHN condition, in accordance with DIN 2631, 2632, 2633, DN 30-150, price 2700 DM / ton.

The flanges are packed in wooden pallets for one use only, with the price included in the goods price. The preservation is ensured by a light coat of oil.

We can also deliver in CPT condition with a little higher price / ton. We can accept orders for 20 tons of flanges at least (a complete truck). The total capacity for flanges production is 100 tons / month. For each type of here enclosed flanges, the price is valid until December 31, 1999. We export flanges for 10 years.
